Due to the hygienic nature of our professional beauty products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ohmylash.beauty@gmail.com with:

* Your order number
* Photos of the product and packaging
* A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by OH MY LASH.
